If you are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, we may or may not be able to accommodate you depending on the schedule. Please callIf you are more than 30 minutes late there will not be a fee accessed, please call us and let us know if you still plan to come to your appointment.If you are an 45 minutes or more late for your appointment a $25 booking fee will be applied to any future services and you will need to call to make sure we are still able to do service.If you are more than one hour late $45 will apply for any future services anything over one hour we will not be able to do the service that day. Please call and reschedule.No call no show $50 will be charged from the full amount of services.
You will receive a confirmation email with essential information for your appointment.If we do not hear from you at all within 15 minutes after the start of your appointment, then your appointment will be canceled & the deposit will forfeit.If there is an issue with your hair service we will offer to fix the style/service.
(We will only offer & fix your service one time per service).
If you deny the fix, there may be other options available..depending on time & style.If it has been 24 hours or more since we provided services for you …and you were satisfied at the time of completion we will not redo the service.Lashes must be clean upon arrival or a lash bath will be required ($10).When booking a refill service please ensure that you have up to 40% of your original lashes or you will need to book a full set option.
There will be no refills of lash sets after 3 1/2 weeks of previous sets.Body Sculpting sets may be sold individually or in a package.
We recommend what services will be provided according to your specified treatment plans & areas.
Client waivers will need to be signed before any services are rendered.
Optional photo and video release waiversDeposits are NON- REFUNDABLE and will apply towards your service.Remaining balances can be paid with visa, mastercard, american express, discover,cash app, zellie and is due at the time of your appointment.
